The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the cash repayment of up to US$5,000 for three fixed-term deposits held at the International Development Bank (BIDESA) that were established after October 31, 1997. This authorization applies specifically to deposits classified as "without observations" by the Liquidator in a supplementary list, subject to the procedures established in Resolution 170/97. The Banking and Financial Entities Superintendence (SBEF) retains the authority to initiate legal actions for recovery if subsequent observations arise regarding the legitimacy or status of these returned deposits.
