The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the partial subrogation of depositors' rights at the Banco Internacional de Desarrollo S.A. (BIDESA) in liquidation, capping the compensation at US$ 5,000 per depositor for accounts established by October 31, 1997. The Liquidator is responsible for verifying depositor identities, consolidating claims, and executing the transfer of rights to the Central Bank, which assumes priority creditor status. The Liquidator must submit a specific asset recovery plan to the Central Bank and the supervising Superintendent within 180 days of the start of the liquidation process.
