RESOLUTION NO. 000366

THE CENTRAL BANK OF BRAZIL, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the MONETARY COUNCIL, in a session held on April 7, 1976, having regard to the provisions of Article 4, items VI, VIII, XI, XII, and XXI, of the same Law, and Articles 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of Law No. 4,728, of July 14, 1965,

RESOLVES:

Approve the Annexed Regulation, which governs repurchase or purchase and resale or sale commitments of fixed income securities traded in the capital market.
