RESOLUTION NO. 000981
The CENTRAL BANK OF BRAZIL, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the MONETARY COUNCIL NATIONAL, in a session held on this date, having regard to the provisions of Articles 3., items V and VI, and 4., items VIII and XII, of said Law and Article 10 of Law No. 4,728, of July 14, 1965,
HAS DECIDED:
I - The Central Bank may fix minimum standards for internal controls and determine the forms for providing and disclosing information about fixed income securities operations practiced by institutions authorized by it to operate, including the power to alter the forms issued with the Regulation attached to Resolution No. 366, of April 9, 1976.
II - This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
