The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2023052760 submitted by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and Report No. 063-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, "SF Rendimiento Binario Soles X FMIV" and "SF Renta Dólares 1Y IV FMIV" were registered through files No. 2022014508 and No. 2022005059, respectively, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Managing Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 063-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds of investment in securities named "SF Rendimiento Binario Soles X FMIV" and "SF Renta Dólares 1Y IV FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
