Resolution of the General Superintendence of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024001461 submitted by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and Report No. 160-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Superintendence of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Superintendence of Supervision of Entities No. 045-2019-SMV/10.2 of 28 May 2019, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called “SURA Renta Periódica II Dólares FMIV” was ordered, as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the Participation Regulation, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to a decrease in net assets below the established minimum, as developed in Report No. 160-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities called “SURA Renta Periódica II Dólares FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
