CMACs must obtain Municipal Council approval and FEPCMAC opinions before agreeing on shareholding participation, which must be promoted via capital increase. Transfers of more than 10% of social capital to a single person require prior Superintendence authorization. Shareholders must submit sworn declarations, wealth statements, criminal records, and financial statements; non-residents need risk classifier studies. Holdings reaching 1% of capital within twelve months or 3% total require reporting to the Superintendence, including bearer shareholder names. This regulation replaces parts of Resolution No. 18070-2010 and modifies Article 2 per Resolution No. 114-2004.
