The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024003544 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 527-2024-SMV/10.2 of 25 April 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 22 April 2024, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Sura Renta Dólares FMIV”;

That the changes refer to the typology, name, investment objective, performance comparison indicator, criteria for allocating unit value, payment of redemptions, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as set out in Report No. 527-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulations of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Sura Renta Dólares FMIV”, which, as from this amendment, shall be called “Fondo de Fondos SURA Renta Dólares FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations referred to in article 1 above shall enter into force on 14 May 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
