WHEREAS:

File No. 2024004399 initiated by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A., as well as Report No. 544-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 02 May 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 25 April 2024, Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations of the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "Scotia Fondo de Fondos Acciones US FMIV";

That the changes refer to the investment objective, investment policy, performance comparison indicator, expenses charged to the investor, minimum holding period, placement agent, scheduled subscriptions and redemptions, significant redemptions, means and hours of service, website, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 544-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulations of the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "Scotia Fondo de Fondos Acciones US FMIV" in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 14 May 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
