The General Intendant of Entity Supervision

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024018392 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., as well as Report No. 682-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 24 May 2024 from the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of General Management Resolution No. 134-2004-EF/94.11 dated 22 December 2004, the registration of the investment fund named “Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 1 – Fondo de Inversión” was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, in accordance with the provisions of article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, it is incumbent upon the management company to request from the Superintendency of the Securities Market the registration of amendments to the participation regulation corresponding to the fund under its management;

That, by means of a document submitted on 26 April 2024, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. requested the registration of amendments to the Participation Regulation of the investment fund named “Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 1 – Fondo de Inversión”, referring to the term of duration of the investment fund;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. has complied with the provisions of article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; as well as with the provisions of the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, for the registration of the proposed amendment, as set forth in Report No. 682-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 24 May 2024; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies; article 1, literal b) of the Single

Concorded Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Decree Law No. 26126; as well as by article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the amendment to the Participation Regulation of the investment fund named “Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 1 – Fondo de Inversión”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must submit to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the participation regulation with the effective date, within a period no greater than fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 3.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must disseminate the amendments to the participation regulation of the investment fund mentioned in article 1 of this resolution, through any of the information media established in the respective participation regulation, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must send to the participants a summary of the amendments in the following investment statement.

Article 5.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 6.- To transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
