The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024020673 submitted by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and Report No. 702-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of file No. 2018047842 of 07 December 2018, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Sura Deuda Latam Dólares FMIV - En liquidación", as well as its simplified prospectus and annex of the corresponding participation regulation, was ordered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to a decrease in net assets below the established minimum, as developed in Report No. 702-2024- SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Sura Deuda Latam Dólares FMIV - En liquidación" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Banco Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
