Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024017763 initiated by Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., as well as Report No. 964-2024-SMV/10.2 of 18 July 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 17 July 2024, Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register the mutual investment fund in securities called “Andean Crown Global Equity FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 964-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 1, subsection b), of the Single Concorded Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its amending norms; as well as article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Andean Crown Global Equity FMIV”, as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Securities Market recommends the subscription of units of the aforementioned mutual investment fund in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3.- Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. must send to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
