The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024028699 initiated by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 973-2024-SMV/10.2 of 22 July 2024 of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 19 July 2024, Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Fondo de Fondos IF 30 Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV";

That the changes refer mainly to the name, term of validity, investment objective, recommended investment period, performance comparison indicator, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) articles 45-E and 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 973-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Fondo de Fondos IF 30 Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", which as of this amendment shall be called "Fondo de Fondos IF 30 Rendimiento Global 332 FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 24 July 2024.

Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- Transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. - Interbank in its capacity as custodian.
