WHEREAS:

File 2024032478 submitted by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A., as well as Report No. 1083-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "SF Renta Dólares 1Y VI FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023023871 on 25 May 2023, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Programa de Fondos Mutuos de Renta en Dólares III", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1083-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "SF Renta Dólares 1Y VI FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Banco Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
