Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024026503 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 1085-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 19 August 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted up to 13 August 2024, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Tendencias Globales FMIV”;

That the changes refer to the name, objective and investment policy, the performance comparison indicator, fund expenses, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1085-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Tendencias Globales FMIV” whose name will be changed to “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Marcas Globales FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation indicated in preceding article 1 enter into force on 05 September 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
