Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024035909 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 1463-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 5 November 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 31 October 2024, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register amendments to the administration contract applicable to all mutual funds for investment in securities managed by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.;

That the changes refer to the sending of account statements, the modification and/or updating of the participant's information, the affiliation and use of digital channels, the processing of personal data, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1463-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the administration contract applicable to all mutual funds for investment in securities managed by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the administration contract referred to in the preceding article 1 enter into force on 26 November 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
