This resolution lost force in accordance with the [resolution](/docs/4998902?ONDATE=16.09.2020 00#4999059) of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 4, 2020 No. 13/9 "On Recognizing Certain Normative Legal Acts Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Having Lost Force" (reg. No. 3282 dated 16.09.2020).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 5, 2019 No. PP-4160 "On Additional Measures to Improve the Rating of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Annual World Bank and International Finance Corporation 'Doing Business' Report", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Make amendments to the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Central Bank Bonds of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Individuals, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 22, 2002 No. 10/4 (reg. No. 1141 dated May 16, 2002) (Bulletin of Normative Acts of Ministries, State Committees and Departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 10), according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.

Amendments to the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Central Bank Bonds of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Individuals

1. Subparagraph "j" of [paragraphs 12](/docs/357252?ONDATE=26.05.2002 00#377529) and [13](/docs/357252?ONDATE=26.05.2002 00#377567) is recognized as having lost force.

2. [Subparagraph "a"](/docs/357252?ONDATE=26.05.2002 00#377614) of paragraph 16 is to be worded as follows:

"a) if there are no signs of subsequent alteration or forgery of the number, nominal value, and date of sale of the bonds;".

3. From [paragraph 18](/docs/357252?ONDATE=26.05.2002 00#377627), the words ", certifies the entries made with the seal impression of the bank-agent" are to be excluded.

4. From [paragraph 29](/docs/357252?ONDATE=26.05.2002 00#377663), the words "and certified by the seal of the bank-agent" are to be excluded.

5. From [paragraph 37](/docs/357252?ONDATE=26.05.2002 00#377690), the words "and certified by the seal of the bank-agent" are to be excluded.
