of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On recognizing certain regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as having lost force

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", as well as the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 19, 2020 No. UP-5997 "On measures to further improve the activities of justice bodies and institutions in implementing state legal policy", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. To recognize certain regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as having lost force, according to the appendix.

2. This Resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.
