Resolution of the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision

The General Intendant of Entity Supervision

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024007619 initiated by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 311-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 12 March 2024 from the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 11 March 2024, Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested from the Superintendency of the Securities Market the registration of amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities called “Fondo de Fondos IF XXIV Rendimiento Global 120 FMIV”;

That the changes refer to the name and term of validity of the aforementioned mutual fund;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 311-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities called “Fondo de Fondos IF XXIV Rendimiento Global 120 FMIV”, which as of this amendment shall be called “Fondo de Fondos IF XXIV Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation indicated in preceding article 1 enter into force on 12 March 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. - Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
