Resolution of the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision

The General Intendant of Entity Supervision

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024004491 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 420-2024-SMV/10.2 of 03 April 2024, of the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 25 March 2024, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested from the Superintendency of the Securities Market the registration of amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Distributivo Estratégico Global FMIV”;

That the changes refer to the investment objective and policy, the performance comparison indicator, fees and expenses of the fund, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 420-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulations of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Distributivo Estratégico Global FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations indicated in preceding article 1 enter into force on 18 April 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv ).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
