The General Intendant of Entity Supervision

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024005109 initiated by PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., as well as Report No. 553-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 03 May 2024, from the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 25 April 2024, PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations of the mutual fund for investment in securities named “PHI Renta Variable Estrategia Global FMIV”;

That the changes refer to the typology, name, investment objective, investment policy, expenses charged to the participant, scheduled subscriptions and redemptions, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 553-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulations of the mutual fund for investment in securities named “PHI Renta Variable Estrategia Global FMIV”, which, as from this amendment, shall be named “Prudential Renta Variable Global Fondo de Fondos FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations referred to in preceding article 1 enter into force on 20 May 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
