The General Intendant of Entity Supervision

WHEREAS:

File Nº 2026041657 submitted by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and Report Nº 1700-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Entity Supervision Nº 138-2018-SMV/10.2 of 7 December 2018, the registration of the investment fund named “Coril Renta Prime Soles - Fondo de Inversión” was ordered, as well as the corresponding Participation Regulations, under the General Regime, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with article 120, literal c), of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution N° 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified; and articles 20 and 21 of the Regulation for the Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Stock Exchange, approved by SMV Resolution N° 031-2012-SMV/01 and its amendments. Consequently, it is appropriate to exclude the investment fund by decision of the General Meeting of Participants, as set forth in Report Nº 1700-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree Nº 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the investment fund named “Coril Renta Prime Soles - Fondo de Inversión” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv)
