Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendent of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS: File No. 2023053405 submitted by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and Report No. 082-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

WHEREAS: That, "SF Institucional Renta 1Y V FMIV" and "SF Renta Soles 6M III FMIV" were registered through files No. 2022030939 and No. 2023015786, respectively, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as set forth in Report No. 082-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES: Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities denominated "SF Institucional Renta 1Y V FMIV" and "SF Renta Soles 6M III FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
