Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2023049234 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 157-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 05 February 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 26 January 2024, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested from the Superintendency of the Market in Securities the registration of amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Estratégico Equilibrado Dólares FMIV”;

That the changes refer to the name, investment objective, investment policy, performance comparison indicator, unified fee, minimum holding period, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 157-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Estratégico Equilibrado Dólares FMIV”, which as of this amendment shall be denominated “Fondo de Fondos

BBVA Equilibrado Global Dólares FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 19 February 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
