Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024002016 initiated by Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., as well as Report No. 171- 2024- SMV/10.2 dated 8 February 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 6 February 2024, Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual funds for investment in securities named "Andean Crown Cash Plus Dólares FMIV" and "Andean Crown Cash Plus Soles FMIV", as well as to the administration contract and participation regulation applicable to them;

That the changes refer to the format of the documents, logo, information sheet, investment objective and policy, means and hours of service, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 171- 2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual funds for investment in securities named "Andean Crown Cash Plus Dólares FMIV" and "Andean Crown Cash Plus Soles FMIV", as well as to the administration contract and participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the administration contract, participation regulation, simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation indicated in article 1 above enter into force on the date of notification of this resolution.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Andean Crown Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
