WHEREAS:

File No. 2024004398 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and Report No. 237-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the "IF 32 Custodia Dólares FMIV" was registered in file No. 2022049821 on 15 December 2022, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Custodia Dólares", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as set forth in Report No. 237-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual fund for investment in securities named "IF 32 Custodia Dólares FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
