Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2023053197 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 283- 2024-SMV/10.2 of 4 March 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 4 March 2024, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos SURA Acciones Globales Sostenibles FMIV";

That the changes refer to the name, investment objective, performance comparison indicator, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 283-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulations of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos SURA Acciones Globales Sostenibles FMIV", which as of this amendment shall be called "Fondo de Fondos SURA Acciones Globales FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 19 March 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian
