The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024008913 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and Report No. 308-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the "Fondo de Fondos IF XIV Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023003422 on 24 January 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as set forth in Report No. 308-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos IF XIV Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
