WHEREAS:

File No. 2024004496 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 409-2024-SMV/10.2 of 03 April 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 25 March 2024, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Globales Real Estate FMIV";

That the changes refer to the investment policy, the performance comparison indicator, fees and expenses of the fund, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 409-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Globales Real Estate FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 18 April 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv ).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
