Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024015099 initiated by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A., as well as Report No. 451-2024-SMV/10.2 of 10 April 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 10 April 2024, Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register an amendment to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "SF Inversiones Smart $ Tendencias de Consumo FMIV";

That the change refers to the name;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 451-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "SF Inversiones Smart $ Tendencias de Consumo FMIV", which as of this amendment shall be called "SF Inversiones Smart $ I FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 11 April 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
