Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024007935 submitted by BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and Report No. 509-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 086-2021-SMV/10.2 of 31 August 2021, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Inversión Sostenible FMIV” was ordered, as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to a decrease in net assets below the established minimum, as set forth in Report No. 509-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Inversión Sostenible FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
