WHEREAS:

File No. 2024008949 initiated by Independiente Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, as well as Report No. 563-2024-SMV/10.2 of 2 May 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 25 April 2024, Independiente Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Sociedad Anónima Cerrada requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Independiente Agresivo Dólares FMIV";

That the changes refer to the name, typology, objectives and investment policy, the performance comparison indicator, fees and expenses of the fund, the incorporation of an external manager, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Independiente Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Sociedad Anónima Cerrada complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 563-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Independiente Agresivo Dólares FMIV", which as of this amendment shall be called "Fondo de Fondos Independiente Agresivo Dólares FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation indicated in preceding article 1 enter into force on 16 May 2024.

Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- Transcribe this resolution to Independiente Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Sociedad Anónima Cerrada and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
