WHEREAS:

File No. 2024002911 submitted by El Dorado Asset Management Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and Report No. 542-2024- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 004-2019-SMV/10.2 of 11 January 2019, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos El Dorado Renta Variable Global Optimizado FMIV" was ordered, as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the Participation Regulation, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to a decrease in net assets below the established minimum, as developed in Report No. 542-2024- SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos El Dorado Renta Variable Global Optimizado FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to El Dorado Asset Management Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and to Banco Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
