Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendent of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024009887 initiated by Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 589-2024-SMV/10.2 of 08 May 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 30 April 2024, Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos Faro Capital Renta Variable Global FMIV";

That the changes refer to scheduled redemptions, fund profitability, collecting entities, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendency Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 589-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos Faro Capital Renta Variable Global FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 23 May 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
