Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024009886 initiated by Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 587-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 08 May 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 30 April 2024, Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested from the Superintendency of the Securities Market the registration of amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Fondo de Fondos Faro Capital Global Innovation FMIV”;

That the changes refer to the performance comparison indicator, scheduled redemptions, fund profitability, collecting entities, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 587-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called “Fondo de Fondos Faro Capital Global Innovation FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation indicated in article 1 above enter into force on 23 May 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Faro Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
