WHEREAS:

File 2024017225 submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 602-2024-SMV/10.2 of 9 May 2024, prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXII FMIV” was registered in file No. 2022041137 on 13 October 2022, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXV FMIV” was registered in file No. 2022049344 on 12 December 2022, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXVI FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023001322 on 11 January 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXVIII FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023007774 on 17 February 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXIV FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023024976 on 1 June 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXVIII FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023030367 on 14 July 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLI FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023036703 on 24 August 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLIV FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023040590 on 27 September 2023, under the Structured Mutual Funds Program “Cupón Escalonado”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Renta Optimizada Institucional II FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023031373 on 20 July 2023 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the “Credicorp Capital Renta Optimizada Institucional III FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023038585 on 08 September 2023 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 602-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities named “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXII FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXV FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXVI FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXVIII FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXIV FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXVIII FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLI FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLIV FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Renta Optimizada Institucional II FMIV” and “Credicorp Capital Renta Optimizada Institucional III FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
