The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024017855 initiated by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 679-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 27 May 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 22 May 2024, Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register the program called "Segundo Programa de Fondos Mutuos Custodia Dólares" and the mutual fund for investment in securities called "IF 40 Custodia Dólares FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37°, 38°, 39°, 45°-A, 45°-B, 45°-C, 45°-D, 73° and 74° of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 679-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 1, subsection b), of the Single Concorded Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its amending norms; as well as article 38°, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1°.- To order the registration of the program called "Segundo Programa de Fondos Mutuos Custodia Dólares" and the mutual fund for investment in securities called "IF 40 Custodia Dólares FMIV", as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2°.- The registration referred to in article 1° of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Market in Securities recommends the subscription of units of the aforementioned mutual fund for investment in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3°.- Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos must send to the Superintendency of the Market in Securities the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4°.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5°.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
