WHEREAS:

File No. 2024015778 initiated by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 697-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 28 May 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 22 May 2024, Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "IF Libre Disponibilidad FMIV";

That the changes refer to changes in the series of participation quotas of the fund "IF Libre Disponibilidad FMIV", unified commission, minimum initial investment amount and minimum permanence balance, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 697-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendments to the simplified prospectus and to the annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities called "IF Libre Disponibilidad FMIV" in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2.- The amendments to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation referred to in article 1 above enter into force on 13 June 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. - Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
