Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File 2024016083 submitted by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A., as well as Report No. 762-2024-SMV/10.2 of 10 June 2024, prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, "SF Renta Dólares 1Y V FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023006210 on 13 February 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos de Renta en Dólares II", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 054-2023-SMV/10.2 of 10 May 2023, the registration of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "SF Renta Dólares 6M XVII FMIV" was ordered, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos de Renta en Dólares III", as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, "SF Renta Dólares 6M XVIII FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023032416 on 26 July 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos de Renta en Dólares III", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 762-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities called "SF Renta Dólares 1Y V FMIV", "SF Renta Dólares 6M XVII FMIV" and "SF Renta Dólares 6M XVIII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
