The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File 2024024340 submitted by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 804-2024-SMV/10.2 of 14 June 2024, prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 009-2023-SMV/10.2 of 19 January 2023, the registration of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Dólares I FMIV" was ordered, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos SURA Plazo Definido Dólares", as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulations, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles II FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023012081 on 21 March 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos SURA Plazo Definido Soles", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 804-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities called "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Dólares I FMIV" and "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles II FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
