WHEREAS:

File No. 2024021412 initiated by PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C, as well as Report No. 822-2024-SMV/10.2 of 21 June 2024, of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 17 June 2024, PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C requested from the Superintendency of the Market in Securities the registration of the program called "Prudential Renta Efectiva Soles" and of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Prudential Renta Efectiva Soles I FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37°, 38°, 39°, 45°-A, 45°-B, 45°-C, 45°-D, 73° and 74° of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 822-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 1, subsection b), of the Single Concorded Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its amending norms; as well as article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the program called "Prudential Renta Efectiva Soles" and of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Prudential Renta Efectiva Soles I FMIV", as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Market in Securities recommends the subscription of shares of the aforementioned mutual investment fund in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3.- PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C must send to the Superintendency of the Market in Securities the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to PrudentialSAF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
