WHEREAS:

File No. 2024015423 submitted by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and Report No. 843-2024- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the "SF Renta $ Bonos Corporativos FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023050098 on 30 November 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos de Renta en Dólares III", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. has stated that, due to market conditions, it is not possible to comply with the provisions of article 67 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments;

That, the liquidation of the mutual fund named SF Renta $ Bonos Corporativos FMIV has been verified, in compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, for which reason the exclusion of the mutual fund corresponds, as set forth in Report No. 843-2024- SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion, under responsibility, of the mutual fund for investment in securities named "SF Renta $ Bonos Corporativos FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Banco Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
