Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024026243 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 928-2024-SMV/10.2 of 11 July 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by document presented on 14 June 2024, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., requested the registration under the general regime of the investment fund named "Coril Renta Prime Soles 16 – Fondo de Inversión", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities;

That, from the evaluation carried out on the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with the provisions of articles 9 and 23 of the Law of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, Legislative Decree No. 862 and its amendments; article 30 and Annex G of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and, in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02 and amendments, for the registration of the investment fund mentioned in the preceding paragraph, as developed in Report No. 928-2024-SMV/10.2; and

In accordance with the provisions of article 1, literal b), of the Single Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126 and its amending norms; and article 38, numerals 6 and 7 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the investment fund named Coril Renta Prime Soles 16 – Fondo de Inversión, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities and of its respective participation regulation.

Article 2.- The advertising carried out by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., to promote the investment fund referred to in article 1 of this resolution, must not mislead or confuse and must adhere to the conditions set forth in Annex B of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies.

Article 3.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Market in Securities recommends the subscription of shares in the investment fund or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 4.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must include in the participation regulation referred to in article 1 of this resolution, the number and date of the resolution that orders the registration of the investment fund and its respective participation regulation, as well as the effective date.

Article 5.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (https://www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 6.- To transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
