WHEREAS:

File 2024043268 submitted by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A., as well as Report No. 1424-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "SF Institucional de Renta $ II FMIV" was registered in file No. 2019027755 on 2 July 2019 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "SF Renta Dólares 6M XX FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024003396 on 26 January 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Programa de Fondos Mutuos de Renta en Dólares III", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1424-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities denominated "SF Institucional de Renta $ II FMIV" and "SF Renta Dólares 6M XX FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Banco Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
