Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024042170 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 1489-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 11 November 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 07 November 2024, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the registration of a mutual fund program of flexible-duration debt instruments called "Renta en Dólares", as well as the mutual fund of flexible-duration debt instruments called "Credicorp Capital Renta en Dólares 3Y VIII FMIV", within the framework of said program, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation submitted, it has been verified that Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38, 45-A, 45-B, 45-C and 45-D of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Management Companies; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; and (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market; as developed in Report No. 1489-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numerals 6 and 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the mutual fund program of flexible-duration debt instruments called "Renta en Dólares" and the mutual fund of flexible-duration debt instruments called "Credicorp Capital Renta en Dólares 3Y VIII FMIV", as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Securities Market recommends the subscription of units of the aforementioned mutual fund of investment in securities or other mutual funds of the program or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos must send to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the program, simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
