Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024040666 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 1484-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 11 November 2024, from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 8 November 2024, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to register the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos SURA Target Date FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38, 39, 68 and 69 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1484-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 1, subsection b), of the Single Concorded Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its amending norms; as well as article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called "Fondo de Fondos SURA Target Date FMIV", its respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Market in Securities.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Market in Securities recommends the subscription of units of the aforementioned mutual investment fund in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3.- Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. must send to the Superintendency of the Market in Securities the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market in Securities Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
