HAVING SEEN:

File 2026041042, presented by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A.;

WHEREAS:

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities called “SF Institucional Renta Soles 1Y V FMIV” was registered through file N° 2025026081 on June 12, 2025, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities called “SF Renta Dólares 6M 30 FMIV” was registered through file N° 2025056277 on December 31, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program called “Dollar Income Mutual Fund Program IV” in the REGISTRY;

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities called “SF Institucional de Renta $ XI FMIV” was registered through file N° 2023027031 on June 19, 2023, in the REGISTRY;

That, Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution N° 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration period as established in literal c) 1;

That, Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. presented the custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of their term is appropriate; and,

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities named “SF Institucional Renta Soles 1Y V FMIV”, “SF Renta Dólares 6M 30 FMIV” and “SF Institucional de Renta $ XI FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
