WHEREAS:

File No. 2024018325 submitted by Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and Report No. 677-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Superintendency of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Superintendency of Supervision of Entities No. 073-2020-SMV/10.2 of 18 September 2020, the registration of the investment fund named "Fondo Seguridad SABBI - Fondo de Inversión" as well as the corresponding participation regulations was ordered, under the General Regime in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with article 120 literal c) of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the investment fund is excluded by decision of the General Assembly of Participants, as set forth in Report No. 677-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the investment fund named "Fondo Seguridad SABBI - Fondo de Inversión" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv )

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
