EAFC, as well as Report No. 990-2025-SMV/10.2 dated July 22, 2025 from the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision; CONSIDERING:
That, through Resolution of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision No. 037-2015-SMV/10.2, dated April 9, 2015, authorization was granted for the collective fund program named “C-2”, now named “Pandero C-2”, as well as the model of administration contract to be used by Pandero S.A. EAFC for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through Resolution of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision No. 096-2015-SMV/10.2, dated September 28, 2015, authorization was granted for the collective fund program named “C-3”, now named “Pandero C-3”, as well as the model of administration contract to be used by Pandero S.A. EAFC for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through Resolution of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision No. 132-2015-SMV/10.2, dated December 24, 2015, authorization was granted for the collective fund program named “Pandero C-4”, as well as the model of administration contract to be used by Pandero S.A. EAFC for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through Resolution of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision No. 075-2016-SMV/10.2, dated August 11, 2016, authorization was granted for the collective fund program named “Special Program Pandero C-5”, now denominated “Program Pandero C-5”, as well as the model of administration contract to be used by Pandero S.A. EAFC for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered;

EAFC for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through Resolution of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision No. 037-2023 del-SMV/10.2, dated March 17, 2023, authorization was granted for the collective fund program named “Pandero Special C8”, as well as the models of administration contract to be used by Pandero S.A. EAFC for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through writings presented until July 17, 2025, Pandero S.A. EAFC requested authorization for the modification of the administration contracts of collective funds used in the management of the programs “Pandero C-2”, “Pandero C-3”, “Pandero C-4”, “Program Pandero C-5” and “Pandero Special C8”; and of contracts corresponding to the products “Pandero Económico” and “Pandero 4x4” used in the management of the program “Pandero C6”; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Pandero S.A. EAFC has complied with: (i) what is established in article 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Managing Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 020-2014-SMV/01 and amendments; and (ii) the Single Administrative Procedures Text of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, in force at the time the request was presented, for the authorization of the modifications to the administration contracts of collective funds used in the management of the programs “Pandero C-2”, “Pandero C-3”, “Pandero C-4”, “Program Pandero C-5”, “Pandero C6” and “Pandero Special C8”, as well as for their registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 990-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is established in article 38, numeral 5, clause x), of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Authorize the modification of the administration contracts of collective funds corresponding to the programs “Pandero C-2”,
“Pandero C-3”, “Pandero C-4”, “Program Pandero C-5” and “Pandero Special C8”, as well as the contracts corresponding to the products “Pandero Económico” and “Pandero 4x4” of the program “Pandero C6”, to be used by Pandero S.A. EAFC in the management of the aforementioned programs; and order their registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence.
