All locally incorporated authorized institutions Dear Sir/Madam, Return of Quarterly Reporting on the Countercyclical Capital Buffer (Form MA(BS)25) and Revised Return on Capital Adequacy Ratio (Form MA(BS)3) Further to my letter of 4 December 2015, I write to inform you that the electronic files for the Return of Quarterly Reporting on the Countercyclical Capital Buffer (Form MA(BS)25), the revised Return on Capital Adequacy Ratio (Form MA(BS)3), and their accompanying Completion Instructions are now available for downloading from the HKMA’s supervisory communication website (http://www.stet.iclnet.hk). Reporting institutions should submit both Returns to the HKMA, via the STET system, starting from the reporting period ending 31 March 2016.
